1 Robot safety system

  1. Check environment variables
    • Does
      echo $ROS_MASTER_URI
      

      return: http://10.104.16.29:11311?

    • Does
      echo $ROS_IP
      

      return your computer IP (as seen on monitor stasnd)

  2. Configure environment
    source /opt/ROS_Lab1_5/new_safety_system/devel/setup.bash
    

    (you can add it to your .bashrc in home directory to be run automatically after starting a shell).

  3. Start the robot control panel
    roslaunch safety_user_plugin user_plugin.launch
